Bacon Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 2 15-oz. cans chickpeas, rinsed, patted very dry
  • 3 slices bacon slices, coarsely chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • A spoonful of seafood seasoning

Directions

  1. Toss chickpeas with bacon and bay leaves on a rimmed baking sheet; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roast at 375°, stirring occasionally, until chickpeas are crunchy, 60–70 minutes. Toss with seafood seasoning.
