    Barbecue Spaghetti

    Ingredients

    • 3 cups canned tomato sauce
    • ½ cup cane syrup
    • 1½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    • ¾ tsp. ground allspice
    • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
    • ½ tsp. cayenne
    • Pinch ground cloves
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    • 1 cup chopped pulled pork
    • 1 lb. dried spaghetti

    Directions

    1. In a 4-qt. saucepan, bring tomato sauce, syrup, vinegar, allspice, cinnamon, cayenne, cloves, and salt and pepper to a boil over medium-high heat.
    2. Cook, stirring, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Add pulled pork; cook until heated through.
    3. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add spaghetti; cook until al dente, about 7 minutes. Drain and toss with the sauce.
