Fermented Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2.5lbs potatoes
- 2-3 TB kosher salt
- 750ml filtered water
Directions
- Salt brine and lacto ferment. A full week was pretty damn sour, 3-5 is probably best. Really good tho.
