Bacon Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 2 15-oz. cans chickpeas, rinsed, patted very dry
- 3 slices bacon slices, coarsely chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- A spoonful of seafood seasoning
Directions
- Toss chickpeas with bacon and bay leaves on a rimmed baking sheet; season with salt and pepper.
- Roast at 375°, stirring occasionally, until chickpeas are crunchy, 60–70 minutes. Toss with seafood seasoning.
