Cocktail Template

• BROOKLYN - 2oz rittenhouse, .75oz dolin dry vermouth, .25oz luxardo, .25oz amer picon. stir with ice and strain into chilled glass.
• WHITE LADY - 1 dry gin, .5 cointreau, .5 lemon juice, 1 egg white
• DARK & STORMY - 2oz rum, 4 ginger beer, bitters, lime wedge
• TOM COLLINS - 1.5oz gin, .5 simple syrup, .5 lemon juice shake with ice. add to glass with ice and add soda water. garnish.
• COSMOPOLITAN - .5oz lime, 1oz cran, .5 cointreau, 1.5 vodka. shake & lemon garnish.
• MOSCOW MULE - .5oz lime, 2oz vodka, 4-6oz ginger beer. put used lime half in glass, top with ice, then etc.
• IMPROVED WHISKEY COCKTAIL - 2oz rittenhouse, .25 luxardo, .25 simple syrup, 2 dashes angostura. stir with ice, strain over one large cube into chilled absinthe rinsed glass. garnish with lemon peel.
• TUXEDO - 2oz plymouth gin, 1.5 dry vermouth, .25 luxardo, 2d orange bitter. stir with ice strain into chilled absinthe rinsed glass. garnish with lemon twist and cherry.

• white dog - 2oz white rye, 1oz orange, 1oz ginger, 1d bitters
• aviation - need creme de violet
• blue moon - 2oz dry gin, .5 violet, .5oz lemon. shake with ice, strain and garnish with lemon. optional + egg white.
• corn n oil - need falernum
• picon punch - 2.5oz toran / amer picon, 1tsp grenadine, 1-2oz club soda, .5 brandy
• last word - .75 tanqueray, .75 luxardo, .75 gr chartreuse, .75 lime. shake with ice and strain into chilled glass.
• vesper - 2.25oz plymouth gin, .75oz vodka, .5oz lillet blanc. stir with ice strain into chilled glass, with lemon twist
• vieux mot - 1.5oz plymouth gin, .75oz lemon, .5oz elderflower, .5oz simple syrup. shake with ice strain into chilled glass.
• water lilly - .75oz plymouth gin, .75oz creme de violate, .75oz cointreau, .75oz lemon juice. shake with ice strain into chilled glass. garnish with orange twist.
