- SUSHI - 2c rice, 2.5c water, 1/2c rice vinegar, 1TB sugar. Rinse first.
- EGGS - Hard - 5min, soft 3min
- BARLEY - 1:2.5 to water ratio, High pressure 20-22min, quick pressure release.
- FARRO - 1:2 with water, 10 min high pressure, 5 min then release manually
- CHICKPEAS Cover with 1“ water, 22 min high pressure, natural release.
